Terms of Service – Hair Extension Courses
1. Introduction
By enrolling in our hair extension courses, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.
2. Course Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to attend.
- No prior hairdressing qualification is required unless stated for a specific course.
- You must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., allergies to adhesives) before the course begins.
3. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days before the course start date.
- Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods].
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the course, you may transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability).
- Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date will result in the loss of all fees paid.
5. Course Content & Certification
- Our courses cover theory, practical application, maintenance, and removal techniques.
- You will receive a certificate of completion if you meet the required standards.
- We reserve the right to withhold certification if you do not demonstrate safe and competent practice.
6. Student Conduct
- Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
7. Liability
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate insurance before offering hair extension services to clients after training.
8. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, manuals, and resources are the property may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to Courses
- We reserve the right to reschedule or amend course content, dates, or locations if necessary.
- In the unlikely event we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
10. Agreement
By booking a course with Coco Couture, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
11. Course Content
All Courses kits are deemed basic. They are kits for the student to practice their techniques. The course kits do not include a colour ring. Additional luxury kits can be provided upon request.
12. Course Timing
Courses are designed for a full day . However in some cases the student may learn faster and all course elements may be covered, Therefore the class may end sooner. Your Tutor will make sure you pass base on your skills not timing. Mentoring will be given 2 years post certification between the hours of 9 am - 5pm daily.
Course Refund & Participation Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality training and support to all students. Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and training-based courses, refunds are not guaranteed once a course has been purchased. By enrolling, you agree to fully commit to the learning process and course requirements.
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Student Responsibility & Participation
Students are expected to actively participate in their learning. This includes completing and submitting required practice work where applicable.
Our courses are designed to be interactive and results-driven. In order for tutors to provide guidance and feedback, students must:
- Submit their practice work as instructed.
- Maintain reasonable communication throughout the course.
- Maintain communication after the course has completed if you wish to receive further feedback & assistance.
3. Tutor Support & Feedback
Tutors are available to support students throughout the course. However, feedback can only be provided when students actively engage and submit their work.
The tutor cannot be expected to offer feedback, assess progress, or provide additional support if:
- No work has been submitted
- There has been little or no communication from the student
Failure to engage with the course does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Non-Completion of Course
If a student chooses not to complete the course or fails to participate, this will not make them eligible for a refund.
5. Agreement
By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including your responsibility to engage with the training and submit required work.
